Range of Application:
This is a fully auto machine used in card milling, chip testing, sticking, punching and chip implanting, this is the fully automatic line of the IC card making.
Working Principle:
With compress air as the power, pull the cylinder to carry, and with PLC control the moving position automaticly, make sure working stable. Servor motor system, With the precision pole, road transmit, make the X Y finishing high precision function, can milling any shape slots. Within precision + 0.01mm. Vacumn get the temperature device to control the temperature properly, make the chip implanting.

With integration of milling, absorb dirt, and cleaning. Spoting, punching model, implanting, testing. Specialty model designing, milling depth is not effected by thickness of card.
Control the milling deepth with PLC control, no need mechanism adjusst, deepth: + -0.01mm.
Independed film feeding systime, make sure the feeding material stable, safe. With ultrasonic encapsulation techniques, finished bag edge is clear and esthetical. PLC control, fully auto operating. Color touch screen LCD, easy operated. Auto giving an alarm, advice solving way.
